We understand, plans change!

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please email support@wommune.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after product verification. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us at support@wommune.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Attach clear images of the item and your order details. Once verified, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
